| Very slow support response, if any, to questions. They delete any questions they do not feel like answering. Cart will cost 10x its cost after a needed developer makes alterations to suit your basic needs that come with 90% of other popular carts. Nice price for the cart and it is a nice cart, however if you are looking for support, forget about it. And unless you have a full-time developer on the payroll, be prepared to pay several thousand for basic features that should be default. |
