| Far too complicated to install. The installation guide assumes you're hosting your website on your own server, rather than that of a hosting company. |

| Lots of features, good service, but there's one problem. Far too many ads! Large banners at the top, entry pop-ups, exit pop-ups, pop-unders, text links - all on the same guestbook, which is really really really anoying! Thing is, lots of people use it and I can't see why because there's quite a few guestbook services without ads out there. |
