| I purchased the professional version of this program and found it to be poorly documented and incomplete. I then contacted support who were rude and unhelpful. I purchased this script to interface with a UK credit card payment processing company and expected an explanation of the script so that I could work out how to interface the two. A complete waste of money and time. |

| When I originally ordered this script I was told that it worked from a flatfile database of products. After paying for and downloading the script it became apparent that this was not the case. Eventually after much discussion I finally got my money back. Would be a much, much better script had it worked as they told me. |
