| The average time is a little over 3 hours for a support question to be answered and that's been proven. That's quite amazing for a non-live support system. YaBB has some of the nicest people working and YaBB2 far surpasses any other PERL board out there. I couldn't guarantee that your support questions will be answered in an orderly fashion anywhere, but YaBB... |
