| While they look pretty and have a good sales pitch, they tend to exaggerate their actual features. If you need time zones, don’t come here. The support is very – well – unsupportive and the documentation is more of a sales pitch than a manual. There is also no free trial, the demo is misleading, and there are absolutely no refunds. |

| I'm having problems understanding the high ratings. Yes, the colors are customizable, but setting an appointment for 9 - 11 only blocks out an hour, not two. The only way to know is to show the start and end times. |
