| A couple of things increase my ratings on this product: The ability to customize the program in almost endless ways and the prompt online support from the creator via a mailing list, BBS and members' area. Documentation could use some improvement, but generally the main problem seems to be the assumption that new installers may have slightly more experience with CGI scripts and the Unix environment. Once installed, the shop works very well. |
