This is a really good book and simple to understand. You can start writing real programs quickly.

I highly recommend this book, especially to anyone who is new to using Perl scripts on the web. This book covers the many important things you need to know, important details that most of the CGI books assume you already know! It's well explained and easy to find, not burried in some jargon that you don't know yet. The second edition has been out for quite some time.

Great book, just as we expected from her. I would buy any book written by Castro at twice the price.
