WebAdverts

WebAdverts is a comprehensive system for maintaining a set of rotating banner ads on your site or for setting up a "banner exchange" between your site and others. WebAdverts keeps track of exposures and click-thrus for each banner, as well as of the average total number of exposures per day. Banners can be weighted to control how often they are displayed, and can automatically be expired from the rotation after a designated number of exposures, click-thrus or days.

I had lots of trouble installing this script, even when it said I did it right! The author did not respond to my nice plea for help! When I went to the bulletin board, many people had the same problem, but no answers were listed!

It was a good script, until my ISP decided it was gobbling up too much of their system resources and they shut off my cgi-bin.

Well, I had to wimp out and hire someone to install it after one too many failures. However, now that it's up, it is burning away like crazy!

Easy to setup and maintain. Great that it doesn't require SSI.

It's the best web advertising script I know...

Great script, only disadvantage is the fee.

Hosting provider made me remove script because it was gobbling up system resources. Support is non-existent.

It was easy to install, but the banners never showed up. They only appeared as broken links. I gave up on it after a couple of days of trying to get it to run.

Greatest ad script I've seen in my 2 years on the 'net!
