This script allows the quiz-taker to select the number of questions he wants to attempt, and they are then randomly selected from the database and displayed. After the answers are submited, a page of results will be displayed showing the user's results and correct answers. An admin script is also provided to let you add and remove questions with ease.
Excellent, just what I needed for learners to self acess their knowledge at their leisure. The script self-installs with minimal configuration.

The script is difficult to work with. It's difficult to configure and customize with my page layout.

v2.02's admin.cgi is unresponsive. Clicking on "Do It!" does nothing except ask you to login again. Don't waste your time until the next bug fix is released.

Quirex is a magnificent script. I have evaluated several quizzes in order to select one that I could easily implement on my site. As I am a kind of "cut and paste" CGI "expert" I found quirex excellent to install and put to work. It can be done in a matter of minutes. The author is to be complimented.
