Simple cgi script that stores HTML form input to both survey data files, and a log file that can easily be imported into popular database programs for further analysis. After voting, the viewer can see the current standings- with colored bar charts.
Another nice voting program. This one displays a clean interface using many colored GIFs for bar-graph display. It's easily customizable as well. Remember, don't point directly to the .cgi program or it will return a 500 (or write a simple display referrer snippet). Would have been better if the comments were written to the results text file. Good program.

You must be joking. The author can't write at all.

Read me file has several errors and omissions making installation difficult. There is very little support provided for it too. On the up side, when you do get the script working you can customize it any way you need.

I'm using this at my website where it is working okay. The big problem is creating new data files and customizing the view. Without an admin page, you better know what you are doing to set it up.

No support means do it yourself. After following the instructions many times, I could not ever get it to work properly. Requires a lot of time. Others I have recommended this too have had the same problems. You are better off looking for other scripts. Less headaches and frustrations.
