SendMail.cgi

This simple CGI script will use SendMail.pm module to send the submitted data. Instead of using sendmail program, it's using Socket to connect to the SMTP server, so it can be used under UNIX and Windows platforms without any big modification on the script.

As a Perl newcomer, I found the SendMail.pm module easy to use. A few minutes studying the example script supplied allowed me to build my own tailor made one with no problems. I am using the module with a remote SMTP server and it works perfectly.
