Another of the wonderful CSV family of database manipulating scripts that make managing an online database straightforward and usable by even the novice. This script allows you to set up an online form used to update a database.

I've implemented this script for an internal contact database. It is exactly what we needed along with being very easy to set up - and the price is right!
