Quite easy to set up and works very well when customized. You really need to know how to use .htaccess to make the most of it, though.

Super easy to configure, the script offers clean and easy interface for flawless uploads of images. Excludes .exe files, and gives meaningful comments when errors occur. Will not upload a same-name file. Cool.
