This application has proven itself to be a time saver in all areas. The flexibility, speed, and fair ease of use make it a very customizable application. The newer versions that have been released are getting more and more user friendly as well.

This help desk software is great! I can track my employee's typical reply time, and see which employees are answering the most questions. It's very nice software!
