There are security problems. It stores user's passwords in clean text (not encrypted) files.

I was charged twice for the script and when it didn't do what I thought it was going to do I couldn't get a refund. Watch out for this company!

It was the first web based customer support program and the price was great (free). Now, in terms of features, it is no more powerful while other applications have better features and are still free!
