Perldesk is a great CSM software. The fact that it is free is just mindboggling.

This is one of the best trouble ticket systems I've come across. Complete with multiple staffing features, email to ticket support, easy install and free! This is the support system we use and we proudly support this project 100%.

Support is fantastic, installation simple. Some obvious features still need to be added, but development seems to be moving very fast. Recommended.
