| We were looking for a real estate listing program that we could use for our real estate investor web sites. We searched for some time and even submitted to Elance for quotes for custom programming before we stumbled onto Interactivetools. We are not programmers, but we found Realty Manager very easy to customize. It's the best programming investment we have made. Realty Manager has also been 100% stable. |

| Having opened my own real estate agency on a shoe string budget, I was looking to create the website myself to save money. Realty Manager has enabled me to do this! Once purchased, and set up (this is can be done for free) all you have to do is change the templates to match your required style and voila, you have an extremely easy website to manage. |
