| YaBB is an excellent Bulletin Board. It is easy to set up, and easy to use. But the best 'feature' of YaBB is how easy it is to customize it's code. It is written in a very clear, organized manner, making it easy to do the modifications you want. |

| The average time is a little over 3 hours for a support question to be answered and that's been proven. That's quite amazing for a non-live support system. YaBB has some of the nicest people working and YaBB2 far surpasses any other PERL board out there. I couldn't guarantee that your support questions will be answered in an orderly fashion anywhere, but YaBB... |

| A bit difficult, but what bothers me the most is how support is run, and the attitude of some of the staff. The board itself is ok, but I thought that there would be more features, at least some that would be unique to other boards. |
