| Once you get the Lite script working, it's great. However, getting it working is another matter. Support posts say that if it doesn't work you did something wrong, your permissions weren't correct, you didn't upload in ASCII, or your host doesn't have certain CGI scripts installed. None of these were true! |

| The Lite version is good, but needs attention. Some scripts do not get installed, like the manage.cgi and support for this product sucks. I wish that there was a support group for this product with fixes and addons. |

| This is a brilliant tool and the service and support both on purchasing and afterwards have been second to none. I couldn't ask for any more. Neil has always responded to my queries efficiently and effectively and has been very patient with my lack of technical expertise. I would recommend this tool and site to anyone. Thank you! |

| Lite version has great potential, but is not well thought-out, has some bugs and truly awful spelling errors. Anyone wanting to use it will need to modify the code. |

| Neil is a nice guy if you can ever get him to return the emails. I have actually gotten him to provide support a couple of times in the past year on this product, but he does not respond immediately and you have to nag him to get any help. |

| Decent script but needs updating and a bit of work. There are dead links an spelling errors throughout. The 'members' area is pathetic and contains no useful information. There is a FAQ, download page and addons page which are all empty and have been 'coming soon' since 2001. My main concern was the false statement on the website saying that it is easy to upgrade from the lite version and that the pro version comes with a database converter (from lite to pro). I have not gotten it. |
