| I bought it without first checking it out. Big mistake. It never worked from the start. |

| The support forum has now been down for a matter of weeks and this does not encourage future buyers. The script itself is reasonably stable now but for many hosts now the backup/restore functions utilize too many resources and will be killed. |

| I researched bulletin boards for a long time before choosing to purchase the $199.95 version of Ultraboard. Unfortunately, the company did not acknowledge my order, did not provide me the username and password I needed to download the script (though I was supposed to get free installation with my purchase), did not respond to multiple emails, and now I see their site isn't working very well. I'm forced to go through a dispute with my bank to get my money back due to non-delivery of the product. |

| I have had it up and running for about two weeks, as of this writing, and it is great. It is easy to customize and inexpensive. I looked at a lot of different scripts before I bought this one and I am happy with my decision. |
