| Very useful resource. This is the best form and survey creation software I have found. They have great support too! |

| It started with a good service of $49 a year for 30 forms. In a matter of months they went to $99 for 10 forms. I feel it is bate and switch and don't recommend this service for that reason. The forms are easy to use, in all fairness. |
