| I personally LOVE this cart. I am a paid member, which for the amount of hacks you receive, I think its a great deal. I love how easy it is to customize and how expandable it is. My only complaint is that there is a VERY small community for support. Admin doesn't always answer questions so it would be nice to have a REAL forum with a real community. |

| Its free, yes. Poor documentation, yes. Easy to install, yes. Needs hundreds of modifications, yes. LUHN Credit Card Verify as of 4.5.1 was never finished and does not do anything, yes. I have installed it in several sites, and still use it. I never paid for the membership because the forum is locked from comments from non-members. Programmer of 20+ years, yes. |

| I have been using this cart (as a member) for about two years. I would recommend it to anyone. Spend the $50 and become a member! Anyone can learn to use this store. Member section makes adding functions incredibly easy, including setting up popular credit card gateways or configuring to use PayPal. |

| What a waste of time. There are no free addons. The cart does not really even function until you pay to become a member, when they let you download the web-based manager. |

| Great user forums on site and at Yahoo. The software author is great about answering questions, especially dumb questions. Just keep those hacks and updates coming! And best of all - it's free! |

| This was the first shopping cart I ever installed and have been using it on a number of websites for over 6 years now. Installation and setup are a breeze. It can be customized to fit into any existing site with basic Perl and HTML knowledge. Anyone that only uses a WYSIWYG website authoring program and doesn't know the first thing about HTML or Perl might have problems making some changes but the user BBS and mailing list are full of free tips as well as author and members offering their help. |

| Excellent script. It is highly customizable and has loads of optional add-ons. I don't have a huge amount of experience with CGI scripts but I found this one to be easy to understand and could find my way around quite easily - considering the size of this shopping cart that is quite a feat. As far as documentation, there is a bulletin board for anybody having problems with the script and most questions are answered within 24 hours. My online store has been operating for about a year now. |
