| The Dansie Cart has documented "features" where the author can get in to the program on your site and modify files on your server. See BugTraq for more info. It also can mail the author when certain events occur, without your knowledge or permission. |

| I have looked at just about every cart builder out there. The Dansie Shopping Cart is probably the best there is for the buck. It has just about everything already thought out. I particularly like working right inside the script. I don't care much for templates that just lead you blindly, as the other carts do! The kindness and support have been incredible! Thank you Mr. Dansie! |

| You simply can't beat this cart for the price, best bang for your buck. Features out the wazoo. Be warned that the code is intentionally obfuscated and the license prohibits you from modifying the code even for your own use, severely limiting your flexibility, especially if you are using the database for your inventory (needs more work here). Could also incorporate the use of templates so you can modify the layout with a little more control. |

| All of the HTML output is hard-coded into the script, which you're not allowed to edit. And the author has taken pains to ensure your misery if you should try to edit it. The entire code has been formatted into one text line. It's easy enough to set up and it works well, but if you're trying to develop a site that looks good as well as functions, this isn't the way to go. |

| Excellent shopping cart for the price. Very well supported and relatively easy to configure. One of the few shopping carts that supports static HTML pages which are necessary for better rankings in search engines. |

| Excellent cart...full featured! Only drawback is the price for it raises each year. I recommend it to most of my web clients due to its ease and price, but unfortunately it's raising prices will soon drive it out of my small/home business clients' budgets. |

| Great cart! HOWEVER, you can't make chances to script, should have "upgrade" price or an up-front "software support" fee that includes updates. Security can be an issue, anyone can POST data in cart IF you can't enable the HTTP_REFERER variable, I couldn't enable this because our credit card processor could not be authorized by the cart. Other than these two problems, Dansie's response and solutions to my questions have been (very) prompt and courteous. |

| Value for the $, fantastic support from the author. You should know a bit of HTML and Unix for the easiest of installations, but the author is always there for help and prompt responses to add new features. |

| This is the first cart I've ever worked with so I don't have anything to gauge it against. I'd like to say, however, that Mr. Dansie has put up with so much from me. I've really put him through some headaches, I know, answering all my trillions of questions. I've never found better support from a software source - bar none. |

| It was nice to finally find a company who does CGI programming and actually supports their products. We have purchased many programs for our clients, and usally all the CGI programmer wants is the money and then fails to provide any kind of support. I recommend this script to all -- not only does it do exactly what we wanted, but whenever we needed help, we were provided with fast support. A lot of CGI programmers could take lesons form Craig in the customer support area. |

| Wonderful script. Mall version makes it possible to set up additional client shops in minutes. Separate "Vars" files make each one configurable and this cart takes more contingencies into consideration than I can imagine needing. Great job Craig! |

| Decent script, some of the templates could look a bit more proffessional, but other than that it's an easy install. You cant go wrong with this script if you're looking to set something up as a middle of the road merchant. |

| You get exactly what you pay for -- NOTHING. I emailed this guy 4 times before purchace each time he told me no problem then when it was time to install the script and it wouldn't and then I was told "sorry, no refunds". Believe me, if you are serious about online commerce, don't waste your time. |

| If you are looking for a quality shopping cart, you just found it. This cart can be customized to fit with any type of needs you have. Mr. Dansie supplies you with plenty of easily understood directions to get the cart exactly how you want it. He also provides prompt email tech support which has helped greatly as this internet commerce thing is fairly new to me. This is my second cart from Mr. Dansie. Believe me, he has thought of everything you could possibly need in a shopping cart. |

| I cannot say enough about how superb and all encompassing the Dansie cart is. I have used and tried several other carts and only this cart has had the ability to handle all of our needs. Craig has been just awesome in his support and response. I can't believe he sells it for so little, be sure and get it now before he realizes how much he is cheating himself and raises the price to what it is really worth. The competition should be scared, this is the only cart you will ever need!!! |

| Good script, easy installation, full featured cart. But, you may not modify the script at all which can severely limit your flexibility. Author should provide a second payment option which does not include tech support but does allow programmers to modify the code. Also, some security violations may exist. |

| I love this cart. It allows lots of customization and the support is outstanding! The only limitation is that my client's shipping scheme didn't fit into the options for shipping with this cart.
