| Can't recommend it. The script doesn't determine what are in your form. You have tell it via a list in a hidden input tag. Needs work. |

| Would have been a 10, but when required fields are left empty, it does not automatically tell you which fields were left blank (like others). Also, there are limitations on checkboxes. Finally, it sends all fields listed regardless of whether the user left them blank or not. It is still VERY easy to set up and use! RECOMMENDED. |

| This is a great script for beginners; no knowledge of CGI required (just 1 line to be adjusted). All is done by HTML coding. Just read the manual closely and there will be no problem getting this script running within a half hour! |
