| I have to agree with the other comments made about this service. The redirect page once the person hits submit is entirely unacceptable. It has been very confusing, to say the least, for the users of my site. I will unfortunately have to seek an alternate service. |

| It's simple and free, yes, BUT when someone fills out the form and clicks on the submit button, they are taken to another Freedback page full of advertising. Somewhere in the confusion is a line saying your response has been submitted and way down the page a copy of your response, but it is completely unacceptable to me that my clients are taken to this page so I must abandon this service. |
