There is no support! They have never answered a problem. Has cost us thousands to use. Shop around and get support in case things go wrong.

I used to like CartIt until their support went down the drain. I have been trying to contact them on several occassions for over 4 months and they have not contacted me back. If you contact the listed owner of the domain name, he will reply that he does not own CartIt. Makes me suspicious and wary about doing further business with CartIt.

I rated this a 1 at first, but now I change my mind. I was using the documentation for the beta version to install. Very nice.

The Cartit software is ok, but the support stinks. They don't even bother to reply to emergency tech questions. I believe the problem is that the actual developer ran off and started his own company, and now there is noone left to understand the code. All they do now is take your money, send you a download, and run!

No customer support - none at all! Emails are deleted and support questions will take weeks for them to reply. Shopping cart is easy, but the features are basic. It lacks many things that other carts provide.

The cart is okay. The company is horrendous. The worst online shopping experience I've ever had. They do not communicate with customers well if at all. Check out their Better Business Bureau complaint file. They don't even respond to the complaints, these are left unresolved because this company simply does not care!

Very slow support response, if any, to questions. They delete any questions they do not feel like answering. Cart will cost 10x its cost after a needed developer makes alterations to suit your basic needs that come with 90% of other popular carts. Nice price for the cart and it is a nice cart, however if you are looking for support, forget about it. And unless you have a full-time developer on the payroll, be prepared to pay several thousand for basic features that should be default.

It works, but it's pricey. I also had a similar experience with the tech support freaking out because I was "hacking the code" and in violation of the license. Give me a break. I was simply setting up an online store. Anyways, it's mostly customizable, but some things should be more easy to adjust (this is where the hacking became necessary) but it depends on what you want to do. There was one instance where tech support was downright rude. In spite of this, it's still pretty powerful.

Paid for product. Cartit has had our money for around a year and a half now. Cartit is dishonest. Cartit did not return emails, unless it was an autoresponder. Cartit lies when you do get a response from them. There are many of us here with the same complaints.
