| Non-existent support. My adverts have been down for a month now due to unresponsiveness. The Linux binaries don't work and cause a segmentation fault. To solve this I pay for a new installation. Nothing happens, emails go unanswered, etc. |

| There is no support. I have been emailing them for ten days and have also posted questions on their forum and still no answers. Oh also there is no phone number that they can be reached at. You are on your own. I spent $595 and have something that will not work. |

| Originally this was a very good script, but then traffic increased, banners were starting to get screwed up and click thrus fell. However, their incredible support helped me out very much. However, as traffic grew and grew, we had to move to another service. So, if you get moderate traffic or less, this baby is fine. If you get a ton of traffic, look elsewhere. |

| I've been running CentralAd Pro since its infancy and have always been pleased with its performance. I've also never had any complaints about support as answers are usually received in less than a day. |
